Utkal Diwas which is the formation day of Odisha State was celebrated at ER-HQ .Froral tributes were paid to Shri Utkal Mani Gopabandu Dash and Shri Utkal Gaurav Madhusudan Dash ,the leaders who played an important role in the State formation.
